Superman Pose
Lie on the ground with chest facing the ground and toes on the ground.
Place your hands on either side of the body with palms flat on the floor.
Now pull yourself back by pulling your hands back.
Raise our thighs up off the mat as much as possible.
Hold it for 6-8 breaths and lower your body down.
